What we collect

When you enter our rewards wheel, we collect your first name, email address, prize, redemption code and entry date. We use this information to run the wheel, prevent duplicate spins and email your prize confirmation.

If you separately tick the optional marketing box, we also record that choice and may send occasional Ye Olde Red Horse news and offers. Entering the rewards wheel does not require marketing consent.

When you register for the Quiz League, we collect the team name, captain’s name, email address and telephone number, number of players, entry and payment preferences, optional notes, registration status and payment record. We use this information to administer the league, prevent duplicate registrations, communicate payment instructions and confirm the team’s place.

Our rewards and Quiz League forms are restricted to adults. We record the required confirmation that the person submitting the form is aged 18 or over.

The public leaderboard shows team names and quiz results only. It never displays captain contact details, payment information or private notes. Quiz League management information is restricted to the verified website owner.

We do not sell your information. Website and database providers may process it only to run this service.

Your choices

You can withdraw marketing consent at any time, ask what information we hold, request a correction or ask us to delete it by emailing info@yeolderedhorse.co.uk. We keep rewards entries for up to 12 months. Quiz League records are kept for the season and a reasonable period afterwards for administration, queries and accounting obligations.
